About The Managing Director - Olly Downie
After completing an apprenticeship in Carpentry and Joinery in Brisbane in 1976, Olly  worked in the residential sector as a house builder and renovator and had a high profile and successful business building attics inside existing roof spaces.

After a short period of employment  as a project manager for 2 Melbourne commercial builders, Olly shifted his focus to the fitout sector

Downie Commercial Interiors was incorporated in 1997 and the company has enjoyed steady growth since then. Our project management and site personnel are among the most competent and experienced in the industry. We have completed projects all over Victoria.
